Romans, Chapter 2.5: The sanctification of believers through the Assembly of Jesus Christ (12:1 - 16:27)

Introduction

This is the final study in Hebrews and Romans. I hope that you were able to read all of the previous 74 Bible studies in this series, because with the help of the Lord and the Golden Ratio design of the Bible, I have explained these letters in a way that no one else has done before.

The Golden Ratio design of the Bible is pure gold, in the sense that it provides insight and understanding of the Word of God that no other technique can do. And the reason for that is that the Golden Ratio design of the Bible came from God Himself. It is not “a cute new way to arrange the Bible”; no, it is the truth. God called me to this work, to find it and to explain to anyone who will listen. I pay for the publication of these studies with my own money, because that’s what the Lord wants. I receive no financial support from anyone, except from my own career in Systems engineering. So I have nothing to gain when people read my Bible studies, except the knowledge that the truth of God is being made known, and the will of God is being done, the way that God wants it to be done. Amen.

So I hope and pray that you will realize how important these Bible studies are, and that you will make it a priority to learn about the Golden Ratio design of the Bible, because one day in Heaven, if you are a born again Christian, we are all going to be learning about the Golden Ratio design of the Bible in Heaven! Opposite “Now I exhort you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ’s sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that you strive together with me in your prayers to God for me, that I may be delivered from them that do not believe in Judea; and that my service which I have for Jerusalem may be accepted of the saints, so that I may come to you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed. Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.

Opposite “I recommend to you Phoebe our sister, which is a servant of the Assembly at Cenchrea, that you receive her in the Lord, as becomes saints, and that you assist her in whatsoever business she has need of you: for she has been a helper of many, and of myself also. Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus, who have laid down their own necks for my life; to whom not only I give thanks, but also all the Assemblies of the Gentiles. Likewise, greet the Assembly in their house. Greet my well-beloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia to Christ. Greet Mary, who worked hard for us. Greet Andronicus and Junia, my relatives and my fellow prisoners, who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me. Greet Amplias, my beloved in the Lord. Complement “Now I exhort you, brethren: mark them which cause divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which you have now learned; and avoid them: for they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by smooth words and flattery, they deceive the hearts of the naive.

Complement “For your obedience has come abroad to all men. Therefore, I am glad on your behalf; but yet I want you to be wise to what is good, and blameless concerning evil.

Unique “And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.”

Separate from churches that allow women pastors

Comments: Notice the Golden Ratio design of this paragraph, which is the same as the last paragraph in the Conclusion. This is the standard pattern (or design) of the Golden Ratio in every large Book in the Holy Bible. There are a some exceptions; mostly these are small documents such as 1 and 2 John, which only have one paragraph in each of the introduction and conclusion sections.

In the first two subparagraphs, the themes are opposed to each other in their content:

Opposite “Now I exhort you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ’s sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that you strive together with me in your prayers to God for me...

Opposite “I recommend to you Phoebe our sister, which is a servant of the Assembly at Cenchrea, that you receive her in the Lord...

By the way, Phoebe was a servant of the Assembly at Cenchrea, but she was not a pastor! Paul wrote very clearly in 1 Timothy that women were not allowed to be spiritual leaders over the men of the church: only men were allowed to be pastors (I Timothy 3:1):

I Timothy 2:11-14: “Let the woman learn in silence with all submission. But I do not allow a woman to teach men, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence: for Adam was first formed, then Eve; and Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.”

The Bible is the Word of God from beginning to end! Paul would not have contradicted himself in any of his letters, because his letters were divinely inspired by the Holy Spirit; and God cannot contradict Himself! Amen.

Do not listen to the false claims of evangelicals and charismatics, who cite Phoebe as an example of a woman pastor or teacher; and who also say that Paul hated women! Anyone who would say that is a false teacher, and must be marked and avoided, because with that claim, they are implying that the letters of Paul were only his opinions and that they are not the Word of God! This is a dispicable attack on the integrity of the Bible as the Word of God!

2 Timothy 3:16-17: “All Scripture is God-breathed; and is beneficial for doctrine, for rebuke, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness; that the man of God may be complete, and thoroughly equipped for all good work.”

The Biblical doctrines of separation

The doctrine of separation is not taught very often anymore, even in many “Fundamental” Bible colleges; but it is clearly in the Bible! Amen.

There are two kinds of separation that is taught in the Bible:

1) Separation from the world:

1 John 2:15-17: “Love not the world; neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him: for all that is in the world (the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life) is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and its lust; but he that is doing the will of God remains forever.”

2) Separation from false believers:

Romans 16:17-18: “Now I exhort you, brethren: mark them which cause divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which you have now learned; and avoid them: for they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by smooth words and flattery, they deceive the hearts of the naive.”

2 Corinthians 6:14 - 7:1: “Be not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what agreement has Christ with Belial? Or what part has he that believes with an infidel? And what agreement has the Temple of God with idols? For all of you are a Temple of the Living God; as God has said, “I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God; and they shall be my people.” ‘Therefore come out from among them, and be separate,’ says the Lord; ‘and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and will be a Father to you; and you shall be my sons and daughters,’ says the Lord Almighty.” Therefore having these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit; perfecting holiness in the fear of God.”

Second degree separation

But what about “second degree separation”? This has been defined as separation from disobedient brothers in Christ.

For example, let’s say that there are three pastors; two of them are conservatives: born again, Bible believing men; and the third man is a liberal, a lost man who denies the Bible is the Word of God. One of the Bible believers (a conservative) will not associate or fellowship with the liberal, which is clearly what the two Bible texts above say that we should do.

But the other Bible believer (also a conservative) refuses to obey these texts, and he holds church meetings with the liberal (following the example of Billy and Franklin Graham):

“So that he can preach the Gospel to the people in the liberal church.”

So “second degree separation” means that in addition to not associating with the liberal, the first conservative also refuses to associate with the disobedient brother in Christ who refuses to obey 2 Corinthians 6:14-7:1 and Romans 16:17-18.

Some preachers claim that this kind of separation is not Biblical; but is that what the Bible actually teaches? If I am a conservative pastor that holds church meetings with the disobedient conservative, and he is also holding meetings with the liberal, it sends a very confusing message to Christians, does it not?

An observer might easily conclude that both conservatives agree with the liberal, who denies that the Bible is the Word of God. Both conservatives say that the Bible is the Word of God, but they seem to say the opposite with their fellowship and meetings with the Liberal.

The average Christian in the pew observes this behavior; and unless he is very strong in the Scriptures, he might be led astray and go after the teachings of the Liberal, because the two conservatives have compromised the Word of God!

So if I, as a pastor, were to openly collaborate with the pastor who is not walking with God, I am giving my stamp of approval to his disobedience in the eyes of those who follow me! In effect, I have broken down the wall of separation between me and that liberal pastor, which is clear disobedience to the Word of God.

This is evil, my friends! Any pastor who is openly disobedient to the command of God to separate from liberal pastors or false religion in general is not a friend of the Lord Jesus Christ, and is not walking with Him! He is not right with God, and God will hold him accountable for the sins of those who followed him and were led astray from the Lord by his disobedience to the Word! Amen.

Unfortunately, this is happening all the time, especially among “evangelical” and charismatic churches and pastors. Billy Graham began collaborating with liberal churches and even the Roman Catholic pagan religion starting in the 1950s; and his son, Franklin Graham, and many thousands of “evangelical” churches and pastors have followed his evil path. This is another reason to avoid every pastor who identifies with Billy and Franklin Graham. They believe in “infiltration” rather than Biblical separation. This is not of God!

Personally, I like Franklin Graham; he says many good things, and I believe that he is saved and loves the Lord. Unfortunately, he is following the same path of unity with Rome and liberal churches as his father; and God will judge this disobedience. Everything will be brought to light and judged according to his Word at the Bema Seat judgment of Jesus.

I want to be clear that there is nothing wrong with having dinner at a restaurant with liberals or anyone else, or even having them over to your home for a cup of coffee and conversation. We should be reaching out to everyone with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, regardless of what they might believe or disbelieve. That is the mission of the church that believes that the Bible is the final authority for all matters of faith and practice! Amen.

The problem with liberals is when a Fundamentalist pastor begins to work together and collaborate as sister churches with a church that preaches a contrary message to the Bible: for example, they come together for “evangelism” meetings in the community or city (as if a pastor who is going to Hell would know how to win souls for Jesus!). Or the conservative pastor invites the liberal pastor to preach in his church; or the conservative pastor goes to the liberal church to preach in his church. This kind of collaboration sends a confusing message to everyone involved: “It looks like the liberal pastor is a real Christian! After all, the conservative pastor calls him ‘brother’ and dialogs with him as if he is a Christian.”

Friends, liberal church leaders must be recognized for what the Bible says that they are: they are sons of the devil! They are apostates from the faith of Jesus Christ, and they are the enemies of God! We should not be having church meetings with liberal churches or dialoguing with them, as if they are brothers in Christ, because they are not! Amen.

Jude 1:3-11: “Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write to you of the common salvation, it was necessary for me to write to you, and to exhort you, that you should earnestly contend for the Faith; which was once for all time delivered to the saints. For certain men have crept secretly into church leadership, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation: ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into licentiousness; and denying the only Lord God, even our Lord Jesus Christ.

Therefore I will put you in remembrance, though at one time you knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that did not believe. And the angels which kept not their first position, but left their own habitation, he has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness until the Judgment of the Great Day. Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them, in like manner to those fallen angels, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after forbidden flesh: these are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of Eternal Fire. Likewise, these apostate dreamers also defile the flesh, despise authority, and speak evil of dignitaries. Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, did not dare to bring against him a railing accusation; but he said, “The Lord rebuke you.” But these dreamers speak evil of those things which they have never known; but what they know naturally, as stupid beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves. Woe unto them! For they have gone in the way of Cain; and they ran greedily after the error of Balaam for profit; and perished in the rebellion of Korah.”

¶Complement Give glory to God for the Gospel of Christ (16:21 - 27)

Opposite “Timotheus my workfellow, and Lucius, Jason, and Sosipater, my kinsmen, greet you. I Tertius, who wrote this letter, greet you in the Lord. Gaius, my host, and of the whole Assembly, greets you. Erastus the administrator of the city greets you, and Quartus a brother.

Opposite “The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.”

Complement “Now to him that is able to establish you according to my Gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery which was kept secret since the world began;

Complement “but now is made manifest, even by the Scriptures of the Prophets; and according to the command of the Everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:

Unique “to the only wise God be glory through Jesus Christ into the Ages of the Ages. Amen.”

Comments: The Gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ has now been made clear by the Holy Scriptures, and according to the command of the Everlasting God, it has been made known to all nations for the obedience of faith!

May the Lord Jesus bless these Bible studies and use them for the salvation of many souls and the increase of his Kingdom in the lives of his children, in all nations. Amen and Amen! Praise the Lord!

How to be saved

Exactly how and when were you born again?

I have learned by experience that those who refuse to answer do so because they have never been born again; they have no idea what it means, which is why they cannot answer.

If that is the case with you, then your eternal destination at this moment is Hell; and later, the Lake of Fire.

Thankfully, we can change our eternal destination to Heaven, if we repent of our sins and receive Jesus Christ as our personal Savior.

First, we must believe that Jesus is the Son of God; that He was crucified for our sins, that He was buried and that He rose again from the dead on the third day.

Romans 10:8-11: “But what does it say? “The Word is near you, even in your mouth, and in your heart”; that is to say, the Word of faith (which we preach), that if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved: for with the heart, man believes into righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made into salvation: for the Scripture says, “Whosoever believes on him shall not be ashamed.”

Then, we must repent of our sins and call on the Name of the Lord Jesus to save us.

Romans 10:12-13: “For there is no difference between the Jew and the Gentile: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him: for it is written, “whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved.”

John 1:12: “But as many as received him, to them gave he authority to become the children of God: even to them that believe on his Name”

When we do that, then we are instantly born again into the Kingdom of God.

Are you ready to do that? If so, then find a place to pray privately, and pray this prayer with all of your heart to the Lord Jesus Christ:

“Lord Jesus, I know that I have sinned against YOU. I am no good, and you are righteous! You are my only hope for salvation! I believe that you died on the cross for my sins, you were buried, and you rose again from the dead on the third day. I want you to come into my life and be my Lord and Savior. Please come into my heart right now. Forgive me for all my sins, and save my soul. In the mighty Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen!”

Introducción

Éste es el estudio final de Hebreos y Romanos. Espero que hayas podido leer los 74 estudios bíblicos anteriores de esta serie, porque con la ayuda del Señor y el diseño de la Proporción Áurea de la Biblia, he explicado estas cartas de una manera que nadie más lo ha hecho antes.

El diseño de la Proporción Áurea de la Biblia ese oro puro, en el sentido que la proporciona una visión y comprensión de la Palabra de Dios que ninguna otra técnica puede hacer. Y la razón de esto es que el diseño de la Proporción Áurea de la Biblia vino de Dios mismo.

No se trata de “una nueva y simpática manera de organizar la Biblia”; no, es la verdad. Dios me llamó a este trabajo, para encontrarlo y explicarlo a todo aquel que quiera escucharme. El complemento “Ahora os exhorto, hermanos: marcad a aquellos que causan divisiones y escándalos en contra de la doctrina que ustedes ahora ha aprendido; y evitad a ellos: porque los que son tales no sirven a nuestro Señor Jesucristo, sino al propio estómago de ellos; y con palabras suaves y lisonjas engañan el corazón de los ingenuos.

Hay algunas excepciones; en su mayoría se trata de documentos pequeños como 1 y 2 Juan, cual solo tienen un párrafo en cada una de las secciones de introducción y conclusión.

En los dos primeros apartados los temas se oponen entre sí en su contenido:

Lo opuesto “Ahora os exhorto, hermanos, por el bien del Señor Jesucristo, y por el amor del Espíritu, que os esfuerzas junto a mí en vuestras oraciones a Dios por mí...

Lo opuesto “Os recomiendo a nuestra hermana Febe, que es sierva de la asamblea en Cencrea, que recibáis a ella en el Señor...

Por cierto, Febe era una sierva de la asamblea en Cencrea, ¡pero no era pastora! Pablo escribió muy claramente en 1 Timoteo que a las mujeres no se les permitía ser líderes espirituales sobre los hombres de la iglesia: sólo a los hombres se les permitía ser pastores (I Timoteo 3:1):

I Timoteo 2:11-14: “Que la mujer aprenda en silencio, con toda sujeción. Porque no permito a la mujer enseñar, ni usurpar autoridad sobre el varón, sino estar en silencio: porque Adán fue formado primero, después Eva; y Adán no fue engañado, sino que la mujer, al ser engañada, cayó en transgresión”.

¡La Biblia es la Palabra de Dios de principio a fin! Pablo no se hubiera contradicho en ninguna de sus cartas, porque sus cartas fueron inspiradas divinamente por el Espíritu Santo; ¡y Dios no puede contradecirse a sí mismo! Amén.

¡No escuchéis las falsas afirmaciones de los evangélicos y carismáticos, quien citan a Febe como ejemplo de mujer pastora o maestra; y quien también dicen que Pablo odiaba a las mujeres! Cualquiera que diga eso es un falso maestro, y debe ser marcado y evitado, porque con esa afirmación, está insinuando que las cartas de Pablo eran solo sus opiniones y que no son la Palabra de Dios. ¡Éste es un ataque despreciable a la integridad de la Biblia como Palabra de Dios!

2 Timoteo 3:16-17: “Toda la Escritura es dada por inspiración de Dios; y es beneficioso para la doctrina, para la reprensión, para la corrección, y para la instrucción en la rectitud; para que el hombre de Dios puede estar completo y completamente equipado para todo buen trabajo”.

Las doctrinas bíblicas de la separación

La doctrina de la separación ya no se enseña con mucha frecuencia, ni siquiera en muchos colegios bíblicos “fundamentales”; ¡pero está claramente en la Biblia! Amén.

Hay dos tipos de separación que se enseñan en la Biblia:

1) Separación desde el mundo:

1 Juan 2:15-17: “No améis al mundo, ni las cosas que están en el mundo. Si alguno ama al mundo, el amor del Padre no está en él: porque todo que es en el mundo (la concupiscencia de la carne, y la concupiscencia de los ojos, y el orgullo de la vida) no es del Padre, sino del mundo. Y el mundo está pasando lejos, y su lujuria; pero el que hace la voluntad de Dios permanece para siempre”.

2) Separación desde los falsos creyentes:

Romanos 16:17-18: “Ahora os exhorto, hermanos: marcad a aquellos que causan divisiones y escándalos en contra de la doctrina que ustedes ahora ha aprendido; y evitad a ellos: porque los que son tales no sirven a nuestro Señor Jesucristo, sino al propio estómago de ellos; y con palabras suaves y lisonjas engañan el corazón de los ingenuos”.

2 Corintios 6:14 - 7:1: “No os unid en yugo desigual con los incrédulos: porque ¿qué compañerismo tiene la justicia con la injusticia? ¿Y qué comunión la luz con las tinieblas? ¿Y qué concordia Cristo con Belial? ¿O qué parte el creyente con el incrédulo? ¿Y qué acuerdo tiene el Templo de Dios con los ídolos? Porque todos ustedes son un Templo del Dios Vivo; como dios ha dicho, “Habitaré en ellos y caminaré en ellos; y yo seré su Dios; y ellos serán mi pueblo”. Por lo tanto, salid desde entre ellos, y sed separada,’ dice el Señor, ‘y no toquéis la cosa inmunda; y yo os recibiré, y seré Padre a ustedes, y ustedes me seréis hijos e hijas,’ dice el Señor Todopoderoso”. Por lo tanto, amados, teniendo tales promesas, limpiémonos desde toda inmundicia de la carne y del espíritu, perfeccionando la santidad en el temor de Dios”.

Separación del segundo grado

Pero ¿qué pasa con la “separación del segundo grado”? Esta se ha definido como la separación desde los hermanos desobedientes en Cristo.

Por ejemplo, digamos que hay tres pastores; dos de ellos son conservadores: hombres nacidos de nuevo, creyentes en la Biblia; y el tercer hombre es un liberal, un hombre perdido que niega que la Biblia es la Palabra de Dios. Un creyente en la Biblia (un conservador) no se asociará ni tendrá compañerismo con el liberal, que es claramente lo que los dos textos bíblicos anteriores dicen que debemos hacer.

Pero el otro creyente en la Biblia (también conservador) se niega a obedecer estos textos y celebra reuniones en la iglesia con el liberal (siguiendo el ejemplo de Billy y Franklin Graham):

“Para que él pueda predicar el Evangelio a la gente de la iglesia liberal”.

Entonces, la “separación de segundo grado” significa que además de no asociarse con el liberal, El primer conservador también se niega a asociarse con el hermano desobediente en Cristo que se niega a obedecer 2 Corintios 6:14-7:1 y Romanos 16:17-18.

Algunos predicadores afirman que este tipo de la separación no es bíblica; pero ¿es eso lo que realmente enseña la Biblia? Si yo soy un pastor conservador que celebra reuniones en la iglesia con los conservadores desobedientes, y él también celebra reuniones con los liberales, eso envía un mensaje muy confuso a los cristianos, ¿no es así?

Un observador podría concluir fácilmente que ambos conservadores están de acuerdo con el liberal, quien niega que la Biblia es la Palabra de Dios. Ambos conservadores dicen que la Biblia es la Palabra de Dios, pero parecen decir lo contrario con sus compañerismos y reuniones con los liberales.

El cristiano promedio en las bancas de la iglesia observa este comportamiento; y a menos que sea muy fuerte en las Escrituras, podría ser desviado e ir tras las enseñanzas del liberal, ¡porque los dos conservadores han comprometido la Palabra de Dios!

Entonces, si yo, como pastor, colaborara abiertamente con el pastor que no camina con Dios, ¡estoy dando mi sello de aprobación a su desobediencia ante los ojos de quienes me siguen! En efecto, he derribado el muro de separación entre ese pastor liberal y yo, lo cual es una clara desobediencia a la Palabra de Dios.

¡Esto es malo, amigos míos! Cualquier pastor que desobedezca abiertamente el mandato de Dios de separarse de los pastores liberales o de la religión falsa en general no es amigo del Señor Jesucristo y no camina con Él. Él no está bien con Dios, y Dios lo hará responsable de los pecados de quienes lo siguieron y se alejaron del Señor por su desobediencia a la Palabra. Amén.

Desafortunadamente, esto sucede todo el tiempo, especialmente entre las iglesias y pastores “evangélicos” y carismáticos. Billy Graham comenzó a colaborar con iglesias liberales e incluso con la religión pagana católica romana a partir de la década de 1950; y su hijo, Franklin Graham, y muchos miles de iglesias y pastores “evangélicos” han seguido su malvado camino. Esta es otra razón para evitar a todo pastor que se identifique con Billy y Franklin Graham. Ellos creen en la “infiltración” en lugar de la separación bíblica. ¡Eso no es de Dios!

Personalmente, me gusta Franklin Graham; dice muchas cosas buenas y creo que es salvado y ama al Señor. Desgraciadamente, él sigue el mismo camino de unidad con Roma y las iglesias liberales que su padre; y Dios juzgará esta desobediencia. Todo saldrá a la luz y será juzgado según su Palabra en el juicio ante el Tribunal de Jesús.

Quiero dejar claro que no hay nada de malo en cenar en un restaurante con liberales o cualquier otra persona, o incluso invitarlos a tu casa para tomar un café y conversar. Deberíamos estar extendiendo la mano a todos con el Evangelio de Jesucristo, sin importar lo que crean o no. Esa es la misión de la iglesia que cree que la Biblia es la autoridad final para todos los asuntos de fe y práctica. Amén.

El problema con los liberales es cuando un pastor fundamentalista comienza a trabajar junto y colaborar como iglesias hermanas con una iglesia que predica un mensaje contrario a la Biblia: Por ejemplo, se reúnen para reuniones de “evangelización” en la comunidad o la ciudad (¡como si un pastor que va al infierno supiera ganar almas para Jesús!). O bien el pastor conservador invita al pastor liberal a predicar en su iglesia; o bien el pastor conservador va a la iglesia liberal a predicar en su iglesia. Este tipo de colaboración envía un mensaje confuso a todos los involucrados: “¡Parece que el pastor liberal es un verdadero cristiano! Después de todo, el pastor conservador lo llama ‘hermano’ y dialoga con él como si fuera cristiano”.

Amigos, los líderes de la iglesia liberal deben ser reconocidos por lo que la Biblia dice que son: ¡son hijos del diablo! ¡Ellos son apóstatas de la fe de Jesucristo y son enemigos de Dios! No deberíamos tener reuniones de iglesia con iglesias liberales ni dialogar con ellas, como si fueran hermanos en Cristo, ¡porque no lo son! Amén.

Judas 1:3-11: “Amados, cuando di toda la diligencia para escribir a ustedes de la común salvación, era necesario para mí para escribir a ustedes, y exhortar a ustedes, que deberíais contendáis fervientemente por la fe; la cual fue una vez para todo el tiempo dada a los santos. Para ciertos hombres se han infiltrado secretamente en el liderazgo de la iglesia, quien fueron designados hace mucho tiempo para esta condenación, hombres impíos, convirtiendo la gracia de nuestro Dios en libertinaje, y negando al único Señor Dios, incluso nuestro Señor Jesús Cristo.

Quiero, pues, recordaros, ya que una vez lo habéis sabido, que el Señor, habiendo salvado al pueblo sacándolo de la tierra de Egipto, después destruyó a los que no creyeron. Y los ángeles que no guardaron su primera posición, sino que dejaron su propia habitación, los ha reservado bajo oscuridad en cadenas eternas para el juicio del gran día. Incluso como Sodoma y Gomorra, y las ciudades vecinas, de la misma manera que esos ángeles caídos, dándose a sí mismos a la fornicación, y yendo tras la carne prohibida: estos se presentan como un ejemplo: sufriendo el castigo del Fuego Eterno. De la misma manera también estos soñadores mancillan la carne, rechazan la autoridad y maldicen a las potestades superiores. Pero cuando el arcángel Miguel contendía con el diablo, disputando acerca del cuerpo de Moisés, no se atrevió a usar juicio de maldición contra él, sino que dijo, “El Señor te reprenda”. Pero éstos maldicen las cosas que no conocen; pero en las que por naturaleza conocen, se corrompen como bestias brutas. ¡Ay de ellos! Porque han seguido el camino de Caín; y con avidez corrieron tras el error de Balaam para obtener ganancias; y pereció en la rebelión de Coré”.

¶El complemento Da gloria a Dios por el evangelio de Cristo (16:21 - 27)

Lo opuesto Timoteo mi colaborador, y Lucio y Jasón, y Sosípater, mis parientes, os saludan. Yo Tercio, que escribí esta carta, os saludo en el Señor. Gayo, mi anfitrión, y de toda la asamblea, os saluda. Erasto, el administrador de la ciudad, os saluda, y Quartus un hermano.

Lo opuesto La gracia de nuestro Señor Jesús Cristo sea con todos ustedes. Amén.

El complemento Ahora a él que es capaz de estableceros según mi evangelio, y la predicación de Jesús Cristo, según la revelación del misterio que se mantuvo en secreto desde el principio del mundo;

El complemento pero ahora es hecho manifiesto, y por las Escrituras de los Profetas, y según el mandato del Dios Eterno, dado a conocer a todas las naciones por la obediencia de la fe:

Único al único sabio Dios sea gloria a través de Jesús Cristo hasta las edades de las edades. Amén.

Comentarios: ¡El Evangelio y la predicación de Jesucristo ahora han sido aclarados por las Sagradas Escrituras, y según el mandato del Dios eterno, han sido dados a conocer a todas las naciones para la obediencia de la fe! Que el Señor Jesucristo bendiga estos estudios bíblicos y los utilice para la salvación de muchas almas y el aumento de su Reino en las vidas de sus hijos, en todas las naciones. ¡Amén y Amén! ¡Alabado sea el Señor!

Como Ser Salvado

¿Exactamente cómo y cuándo naciste de nuevo?

He aprendido por experiencia que aquellos que se niegan a responder lo hacen porque nunca han nacido de nuevo; no tienen idea de lo que significa, y por eso no pueden responder.

Si ese es tu caso, entonces tu destino eterno en este momento es el Infierno; y más tarde, el Lago de Fuego.

Afortunadamente, podemos cambiar nuestro destino eterno del Infierno al Cielo, si nos arrepentimos de nuestros pecados y recibimos a Jesucristo como nuestro Salvador personal.

Primero, debemos creer que Jesús es el Hijo de Dios; que fue crucificado por nuestros pecados, que fue sepultado y que resucitó de entre los muertos al tercer día.

Romanos 10:8-11: “Pero ¿qué dice? “La Palabra está cerca de ti, incluso en tu boca y en tu corazón”, es decir, la Palabra de fe (que predicamos), que si confesarás con tu boca al Señor Jesús, y creerás en tu corazón que Dios le levantó de los muertos, tú serás salvado: porque con el corazón, el hombre cree para justicia, y con la boca, la confesión se hace para la salvación: porque la Escritura dice, “cualquiera que en él creyere, no será avergonzado”.

Entonces, debemos arrepentirnos de nuestros pecados e invocar el Nombre del Señor Jesús para salvarnos.

Romanos 10:12-13: “Porque no hay diferencia entre el judio y el gentil: porque el mismo Señor sobre todo es rico a todos los que le invocan: porque está escrito, “Cualquiera que llamará sobre el Nombre del Señor será salvado”.

Juan 1:12: “Pero cuantos le recibieron, él les dio autoridad para convertirse los niños de Dios: incluso a aquellos quien creen sobre su Nombre”.

Cuando hacemos eso, entonces nacemos de nuevo instantáneamente en el Reino de Dios.

Estas listo para hacer eso? Si es así, entonces busca un lugar para orar en privado y haz esta oración con todo tu corazón al Señor Jesucristo:

“Señor Jesús, sé que he pecado contra USTED. ¡No soy bueno y usted eres justo! Creo que moriste en la cruz por mis pecados, fuiste enterrado y resucitaste de entre los muertos al tercer día. Quiero que vengas a mi vida y seas mi Señor y Salvador. Por favor entra en mi corazón ahora mismo. Perdóname por todos mis pecados y salva mi alma. En el poderoso Nombre de Jesús, oro, ¡Amén!”
