Romans, Chapter 2.5: The sanctification of believers through the Assembly of Jesus Christ (12:1 - 16:27)

Introduction

We continue our study of the final chapter of Romans with the last paragraph in the Body Section.

¶Unique Help missionaries to reach other parts of the world for Christ (15:8 - 29)

Opposite “Now, I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made to the fathers, and also that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy: as it is written, ‘For this reason, I will confess to you among the Gentiles, and sing to your Name.’ And again he says, ‘Rejoice, you Gentiles, with his people.’ And again, ‘Praise [Jehovah], all you Gentiles’; and ‘Praise him, all you people.’ And again, Isaiah says, ‘There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles: in him shall the Gentiles trust.’

Opposite “Now, the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in assurance, through the power of the Holy Spirit. And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that you also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, and able also to admonish one another.”

Complement “Nevertheless, brethren, I have written the more boldly to you in part, as reminding you, because of the grace that is given to me by God, that I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the Gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit. I have, therefore, something that I may glory through Jesus Christ in those things which pertain to God: for I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ has not done through me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed, through mighty signs and wonders, and by the power of the Spirit of God, so that from Jerusalem, and round about to Illyricum, I have fully preached the Gospel of Christ.

Unique “But now, I go to Jerusalem to minister to the saints: for it has pleased them of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor saints which are at Jerusalem. It has pleased them truly, and they are their debtors: for if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister to them in carnal things. When, therefore, I have performed this, and have sealed to them this fruit, I will come by you into Spain. And I am sure that, when I come to you, I shall come in the fullness of the blessing of the Gospel of Christ.”

Comments: I don’t usually do this, but in this case, I want to break down this paragraph into a more simple outline, because there are a lot of words to read; and sometimes the big picture is hard to see.

Opposite Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision, to confirm the promises made to the fathers, and also so that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy

Opposite “The God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in assurance, through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Complement “From Jerusalem, and round about to Illyricum, I have fully preached the Gospel of Christ.

Complement “Moreover, in this manner have I striven to preach the Gospel: not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man’s foundation... For which cause also I have been much hindered from coming to you. But now having no more place in these parts, and having a great desire these many years to come to you, whenever I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you: for I trust to see you in my journey, and to be brought on my way there by you, if I may first enjoy your company.

The Golden Ratio design of this paragraph is “Two opposites, two complements, and one unique”, or “OO-CCU”.

The theme of this entire paragraph is “Help missionaries to reach other parts of the world for Christ (Romans 15:8 - 29)”

In other words, the apostle Paul would be first traveling to Judah to deliver a financial gift from the churches of Macedonia and Achaia to the church in Jerusalem; and then he was planning to return to the church in Rome, before he would be traveling to Spain to preach the Gospel there.

Why? So that Paul could continue his work as a pioneering missionary, going where no Christians had gone before, to plant new churches and spread the Gospel among people who had never heard the Gospel before.

The not-so-subtle message of the apostle Paul to the church at Rome was “I need your help to get me to new mission fields!”

And that, my friends, is one of the most important tasks for all churches that believe the Bible and accept it as the only and final authority for all matters of faith and practice: Send the Light, the blessed Gospel Light!

There’s a call comes ringing o’er the restless wave, “Send the light! Send the light”

There are souls to rescue, there are souls to save,

Send the light!

[Chorus]

We have heard the Macedonian call today, “Send the light! Send the light!”

And a golden off’ring at the cross we lay,

Send the light!

[Chorus]

Let us pray that grace may ev’rywhere abound, “Send the light! Send the light!”

And a Christ-like spirit ev’rywhere be found,

Send the light!

[Chorus]

Let us not grow weary in the work of love, “Send the light! Send the light!”

Let us gather jewels for a crown above,

Send the light!

Chorus:

Send the light, the blessed gospel light;

Let it shine from shore to shore!

Send the light the blessed gospel light;

Let it shine forevermore!

Dear friends, missionary work costs money! There are hundreds of dedicated, godly, and trained missionaries who need our help to travel to the mission field that God has called them to; but they cannot go without our money!

I am a missionary myself; however, I cannot do my work without money: I have a home to maintain, a family to support, and also I have ads on Facebook that costs money to send these messages to the entire world through the internet, in addition to the expense and personal time needed to maintain my website. It is a great personal sacrifice, but one that I do gladly, because the Lord Jesus has called me to this work, so it is a work of love.

In my case, God has called me to work a full time job so that my personal needs and the needs of this ministry are met, through the works of my own hands and his blessing on my life.

But most missionaries are not like me! God wants these servants of his to go to the churches that believe the Bible is the Final Authority for all matters of faith and practice (Fundamentalist Baptist churches), and ask the members of those churches to pledge a certain amount of money each week or month to support their ministries.

If these missionaries have been truly called by God to the mission field, then they are doing the work of God! They are not going to these places on their own initiative; but rather they are going in obedience to the call of God upon their lives! God is sending them to foreign countries where their lives and their families could be in danger, and there is a great need for them to be there, so that others who have never heard the Name of Jesus Christ might hear that Jesus is Almighty God, who came to Earth to be born of a virgin, who lived a perfect, sinless life, and who gave his Life on the cross so that the sins of the entire human race would be atoned for, once for all time. And then Jesus destroyed the power of death forever when He rose up from the dead, never again to die!

Jesus did all of this, so that whosoever would believe in Him might have Everlasting Life in Heaven (Hallelujah!); and not go to burn in everlasting torment in Hell, and then later, in the Lake of Fire!

There is no more important message in Heaven or on Earth, my friends! The Gospel of Jesus can change any sinner into a child of God instantly; but only if they believe the Gospel, they repent, and they call upon the Name of the Lord Jesus to save them! Amen.

Matthew 28:19-20: “And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, ‘All authority has been given me in Heaven and in Earth. ‘Therefore go, and train disciples out of all nations; baptizing them in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit; teaching them to observe all things, whatsoever I have commanded you. And, lo, I am with you always, even until the end of the Age.’ Amen.”

The task of a Bible believing missionary of Jesus Christ is very simple: Go, Win, Train, and Send!

1) Go to the mission field

2) Win souls to Jesus Christ and baptize them in deep water; and with them, build a local church of believers

3) Train them to serve the Lord Jesus Christ through the preaching and teaching of the Word of God

4) Send those whom God has called to serve Him to more mission fields

Conclusion

Brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ, if you are not involved in supporting Bible believing missionaries to reach the world for Jesus Christ, I urge you to get involved today!

But in order to be involved with the right kind of missionaries, you must be a member of a church that wants to help these missionaries.

There are many churches that claim to believe the Bible; but the truth is far different. I am not including false religions such as Islam, Buddhism, Shintoism, or Hinduism; or false cults such as Mormonism and the “Jehovah’s Witnesses”, because it should be obvious that these groups are not preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ at all. Every one that follows these groups will go to Hell when they die, because they are preaching a different message entirely than the Word of God.

“Jesus says to him, ‘I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life: no man comes to the Father, but by me.’” (John 14:6).

I’ll break it down for you in very simple terms:

1) The Roman Catholic religion: this is not a Christian religion: it is paganism that is dressed up as Christianity, using Christian terms and names, but the entire system is pagan, and is a system of salvation by works. They do not preach the Gospel. There is no hope for Eternal Life in this religion! This category of churches is described by the Lord Jesus in Revelation 2:18-29:

Revelation 2:18-29: “And to the messenger of the Assembly in Thyatira write: ‘These things says the Son of God, who has his eyes like a flame of fire, and his feet like fine bronze: ‘I know your works, and selfless love, and service, and faith, and your patience, and your works; and the last is more than the first. But I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel (who calls herself a prophetess) to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed to idols. And I gave her space to repent of her fornication, but she did not repent. Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds. And I will kill her children with death; and all the Assemblies shall know that I am he who searches the reins and hearts; and I will give judgment to every one of you according to your works. But to you I say, and to the rest in Thyatira, as many as do not have this doctrine, and who have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak: I will put upon you no other burden. But that which you have already hold fast until I come. And he that overcomes, and keeps my works until the end, to him will I give authority over the nations; and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to pieces, even as I received of my Father. And I will give him the morning star. He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the Assemblies.’’”

2) Liberal churches: This includes every Protestant denomination: Methodists, Lutherans, Presbyterians, Anglicans; and this includes all churches of these names in every continent. These denominations have never considered the Holy Bible as the final authority for all matters of faith and practice as a whole. Yes, there have been individual theologians and even a few churches that claim to be conservative, but even these churches are very weak theologically, because they accept infant baptism, a priesthood, and other corrupt doctrines from Roman Catholicism.

There are a few splinter groups known as “Fundamental Methodists” and “Fundamental Presbyterians”, but these are very few. I am glad they exist; but they need to come all the way back to the Bible and leave Protestantism behind, because Reformed theology has many fatal flaws! Amen. This category of churches is described by the Lord Jesus in Revelation 3:1-6:

“And to the messenger of the Assembly in Sardis write: ‘These things says he that has the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars: ‘I know your works, that you have a name that you live, but are spiritually dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things that remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found your works perfect before God. Therefore remember how you have received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. Therefore if you shall not watch, I will come on you as a thief, and you shall not know what hour I will come upon you. You have a few names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy. He that overcomes, the same shall be clothed in white garments; and I will not blot out his name out of the Book of Life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the Assemblies.’’”

3) Evangelicals and charismatics: This is a broad category of churches that claim to believe the Bible, but the truth is that they only give lip service to the Bible. Most churches in this category will allow almost any form of music including rock, rap, or heavy metal. A few names include Franklin Graham, Rick Warren, Paul Crouch, TD Jakes, Joel Osteen, Joyce Meyer, Bill Hybels, Ted Haggard, Richard Land, John Hagee, Kenneth Copeland, Robert Tilton and many others. These people will often contradict the Bible on teachings such as baptism, women pastors, speaking in tongues, healing and miracles, how to be saved, how to be filled with the Spirit, and many more.

These churches are described by the Lord Jesus in Revelation 3:14-19:

“And to the messenger of the Assembly of the Laodiceans write: ‘These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, and the Beginning of the Creation of God: ‘I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish that you were either cold or hot; so then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spit you out of my mouth. Because you say, ‘I am rich and increased with goods; and have need of nothing’, and do not know that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked; therefore I counsel you to buy of me gold tested in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. As many as I love, I rebuke and discipline; therefore be zealous, and repent.’”

4) Fundamentalist Baptists: This is a broad category of churches that believe the Bible, and they profess that it is their final authority for all matters of faith and practice. This category is described by the Lord Jesus in Revelation 3:7-13 as “the church of Philadelphia”:

Revelation 3:7-13: “And to the messenger of the Assembly in Philadelphia write: ‘These things says he that is holy, he that is true, he that has the key of David, he that opens, and no man shuts; and shuts, and no man opens: ‘I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it: for you have a little strength, and have kept my Word, and have not denied my Name. Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews, and are not, but lie: behold, I will make them to come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you. Because you have kept the Word of my patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to test them that dwell upon the earth. Behold, I come quickly; hold fast that which you have, so that no man takes your crown. Him that overcomes will I make a pillar in the Temple of my God; and he shall never go out again. And I will write upon him the Name of my God, and the name of the city of my God (which is new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of Heaven from my God), and my new Name. He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the Assemblies.’’”

This category of churches is not ashamed of the word “church” or “Baptist” or “Fundamental”! Typically, but not always, they will use the King James Version of the Bible in English as their church Bible.

Evangelism is the center of everything that the Fundamentalist Baptist church does:

1) Weekly door to door personal soul-winning and passing out Gospel tracts

2) Evangelistic meetings with a full time evangelist and aggressive outreach to the community with the Gospel

3) Invitations to receive Jesus Christ as Savior are given at every church service

4) A bus ministry to bring children to church on Sunday

5) The church promotes financial support for Fundamental Baptist missionaries, such as “Faith Promise”

Additional ministries (depending on the size of the church) could include:

1) A Bible institute or college to train men and women to serve the Lord full time

2) Special ministries for prison inmates

3) Special services for nursing homes

4) Special ministry for “educable slows”

5) Special ministry for the homeless

6) Special ministry for orphans

7) Special ministry for the deaf

Do you understand? The work of a church that believes the Bible is to send the Gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15)!

The liberal churches have become apostate dens of iniquity where drinking alcohol and gambling is common: social clubs where the Gospel of Jesus Christ is not welcome!

The “evangelical” and charismatic churches have become social clubs as well; they rarely give invitations to sinners to be saved; they are more interested in being entertained! Speaking in tongues, healing, miracles and rock music with fireworks, and the worship of personalities (I Corinthians 1:12) has replaced the preaching of the Gospel to sinners!

If you want to be part of the Great Commission of Jesus Christ to reach the entire world with the Gospel, you must join a church that is Fundamentalist, Baptist, and is not ashamed of the King James version!

I do not support the King James Only position; however, my Bible versions with the Golden Ratio design cannot be printed on paper and sold in stores or given away. I don’t have the resources for that, and the arrangement needs more work yet. So the KJV or similar Bible versions in other languages are the only choice for a Bible that you can bring to church.

I believe that every born again Christian should be using my Bible versions for study at home on their computer or phone. These versions are the only Bible versions in existence that have the Golden Ratio design, so they provide invaluable assistance and insight into the Word of God that you cannot get in the King James or any other printed Bible. How to be saved

Exactly how and when were you born again?

I have learned by experience that those who refuse to answer do so because they have never been born again; they have no idea what it means, which is why they cannot answer.

If that is the case with you, then your eternal destination at this moment is Hell; and later, the Lake of Fire.

Thankfully, we can change our eternal destination to Heaven, if we repent of our sins and receive Jesus Christ as our personal Savior.

First, we must believe that Jesus is the Son of God; that He was crucified for our sins, that He was buried and that He rose again from the dead on the third day.

Romans 10:8-11: “But what does it say? “The Word is near you, even in your mouth, and in your heart”; that is to say, the Word of faith (which we preach), that if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved: for with the heart, man believes into righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made into salvation: for the Scripture says, “Whosoever believes on him shall not be ashamed.”

Then, we must repent of our sins and call on the Name of the Lord Jesus to save us.

Romans 10:12-13: “For there is no difference between the Jew and the Gentile: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him: for it is written, “whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved.”

John 1:12: “But as many as received him, to them gave he authority to become the children of God: even to them that believe on his Name”

When we do that, then we are instantly born again into the Kingdom of God.

Are you ready to do that? If so, then find a place to pray privately, and pray this prayer with all of your heart to the Lord Jesus Christ:

“Lord Jesus, I know that I have sinned against YOU. I am no good, and you are righteous! You are my only hope for salvation! I believe that you died on the cross for my sins, you were buried, and you rose again from the dead on the third day. I want you to come into my life and be my Lord and Savior. Please come into my heart right now. Forgive me for all my sins, and save my soul. In the mighty Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen!”

Por lo cual también se me ha impedido mucho ir a ustedes. Pero ahora, no teniendo más lugar en estas partes, y teniendo un gran deseo estos muchos años de ir a ustedes, siempre que tomo mi viaje a España, vendré a ustedes: porque confío verte en mi viaje, y ser traído en mi camino allí por ustedes, si primero yo puedo disfrutar de vuestra compañía.

Único Pero ahora, voy a Jerusalén para ministrar a los santos: porque los ha complacido de Macedonia y Acaya hacer una cierta contribución para los santos pobres que están en Jerusalén. Verdaderamente les ha agradado, y ellos son sus deudores: porque si los gentiles han sido hechos partícipes de sus cosas espirituales, su deber es también ministrarles en las cosas carnales. Cuando, por lo tanto, he realizado este, y he sellado este fruto a ellos: pasaré por ustedes en mi camino a España. Y estoy seguro de que, cuando vengo a ustedes, vendré en la plenitud de la bendición del evangelio de Cristo.

Comentarios: No suelo hacer esto, pero en este caso quiero dividir este párrafo en un esquema más simple, porque hay muchas palabras para leer y, a veces, es difícil ver el panorama general.

Lo opuesto Jesucristo fue ministro de la circuncisión, para confirmar las promesas hechas a los padres, y también para que los gentiles puedan glorificar a Dios por su misericordia

Lo opuesto El Dios de la esperanza os llene de todo gozo y paz en creyendo, que podéis estéis abundando en esperanza a través del poder del Espíritu Santo.

Comentarios: El diseño de proporción áurea de este párrafo es “Dos opuestos, dos complementos y uno único.”, o “OO-CCU”.

El tema de este párrafo completo es “Ayuda a los misioneros a alcanzar otras partes del mundo para Cristo (Romanos 15:8 - 29)”

En otras palabras, el apóstol Pablo viajaría primero a Judá para entregar un regalo financiero de las iglesias de Macedonia y Acaya a la iglesia en Jerusalén; y luego planeaba regresar a la iglesia en Roma, antes de viajar a España para predicar el Evangelio allí.

¿Por qué? Para que Pablo pudiera continuar su labor como misionero pionero, yendo a donde ningún cristiano había ido antes, para plantar nuevas iglesias y difundir el Evangelio entre personas que nunca antes lo habían oído.

El mensaje no tan sutil del apóstol Pablo a la iglesia de Roma fue: “¡Necesito su ayuda para llegar a nuevos campos de misión!”

Y esa, amigos míos, es una de las tareas más importantes para todas las iglesias que creen en la Biblia y la aceptan como la única y final autoridad para todos los asuntos de fe y práctica: ¡Enviad la luz, la bendita luz del evangelio!

Hay una llamada sonando sobre la ola inquieta, “¡Enviad la luz! ¡Enviad la luz!”

Hay almas para rescatar, hay almas para salvar,

¡Enviad la luz!

Hoy hemos escuchado el llamado macedonio, “¡Enviad la luz! ¡Enviad la luz!”

Y una ofrenda de oro ponemos en la cruz,

¡Enviad la luz!

Queridos amigos, el trabajo misionero cuesta dinero! Hay cientos de misioneros dedicados, piadosos y entrenados que necesitan nuestra ayuda para viajar al campo misionero al que Dios los ha llamado; ¡pero no pueden ir sin nuestro dinero!

Yo mismo soy misionero, pero no puedo hacer mi trabajo sin dinero. Tengo un hogar para mantener, una familia para sustentar, y además tengo anuncios en Facebook que cuestan dinero para enviar estos mensajes a todo el mundo a través de Internet, además del gasto y el tiempo personal necesarios para mantener mi sitio web. Es un gran sacrificio personal, pero que hago con gusto, porque el Señor Jesús me ha llamado a esta obra, así que es una obra de amor.

En mi caso, Dios me ha llamado a trabajar a tiempo completo para que mis necesidades personales y las de este ministerio sean satisfechas, a través de las obras de mis propias manos y su bendición sobre mi vida.

¡Pero la mayoría de los misioneros no son como yo! Dios quiere que estos siervos suyos vayan a las iglesias que creen que la Biblia es la Autoridad Final para todos los asuntos de fe y práctica (iglesias bautistas y fundamentalistas), y pidan a los miembros de esas iglesias que prometan una cierta cantidad de dinero cada semana o mes para apoyar sus ministerios.

Si estos misioneros han sido verdaderamente llamados por Dios al campo misionero, entonces ¡están haciendo la obra de Dios! ¡Ellos no van a estos lugares por iniciativa propia, sino que van en obediencia al llamado de Dios en sus vidas! Dios los está enviando a países extranjeros donde sus vidas y sus familias podrían estar en peligro; y hay una gran necesidad de que estén allí, para que otros que nunca han escuchado el Nombre de Jesucristo puedan escuchar que Jesús es Dios Todopoderoso, que vino a la Tierra para nacer de una virgen, quien vivió una vida perfecta, sin pecado, y que dio su vida en la cruz para que los pecados de toda la raza humana fueran expiados, de una vez por todas. ¡Y luego Jesús destruyó el poder de la muerte para siempre cuando resucitó de entre los muertos, para nunca más morir!

Jesús hizo todo esto, para que todo aquel que creyera en Él tuviera Vida Eterna en el Cielo (¡Aleluya!); ¡y no irían a arder en el tormento eterno del Infierno, y luego más tarde, al Lago de Fuego!

¡No hay mensaje más importante en el Cielo ni en la Tierra, amigos míos! El Evangelio de Jesús puede transformar a cualquier pecador en hijo de Dios instantáneamente; pero sólo si creen el Evangelio, se arrepienten e invocan el Nombre del Señor Jesús para que los salve. Amén.

Mateo 28:19-20: “Y Jesús vino y les habló, diciendo, ‘Toda autoridad me ha sido dado en el Cielo y sobre la tierra. Por tanto, id y entrenad discípulos fuera de todas las naciones, bautizándoles en el Nombre del Padre, y del Hijo, y del Espíritu Santo; enseñándoles observar todas las cosas, cualquier cosa que os he mandado. Y, he aquí, yo estoy con ustedes todos los días, hasta el fin de la Edad’. Amén”.

La tarea de un misionero creyente en la Biblia de Jesucristo es muy sencilla: ¡Ve, Gana, Entrena y Envía!

1) Ve al campo misionero

2) Gana almas para Jesucristo y bautizarlas en agua profunda; y con ellas, edificar una iglesia local de creyentes

3) Entrenarlos para servir al Señor Jesucristo a través de la predicación y enseñanza de la Palabra de Dios

4) Envía a aquellos a quienes Dios ha llamado a servirle a más campos misioneros

Conclusión

Hermanos y hermanas en Jesucristo, si no están involucrados en apoyar a misioneros creyentes en la Biblia para alcanzar el mundo para Jesucristo, ¡los insto a que se involucren hoy!

Pero para poder involucrarse con el tipo correcto de misioneros, debes ser miembro de una iglesia que quiera ayudar a estos misioneros.

Hay muchas iglesias que afirman creer en la Biblia; pero la verdad es muy diferente. No incluyo religiones falsas como el islam, el budismo, el sintoísmo o el hinduismo; ni cultos falsos como el mormonismo y los “testigos de Jehová”, porque debería ser obvio que estos grupos no están predicando el Evangelio de Jesucristo en absoluto. Todos los que siguen a estos grupos irá al infierno cuando mueran, porque están predicando un mensaje completamente diferente a la Palabra de Dios.

“Jesús le dijo, ‘Soy el Camino, la Verdad y la Vida; nadie viene al Padre, sino por mí’”. (Juan 14:6).

Te lo desglosaré en términos muy simples:

1) La religión católica romana: ésta no es una religión cristiana, es el paganismo disfrazado de cristianismo, utilizando términos y nombres cristianos, pero todo el sistema es pagano, y es un sistema de salvación por obras. No predican el Evangelio. ¡No hay esperanza de Vida Eterna en esta religión! Esta categoría de iglesias está descrita por el Señor Jesús.

La Revelación 2:18-29: “Y escribe al mensajero de la Asamblea en Tiatira: ‘El Hijo de Dios, que tiene sus ojos como llama de fuego, y sus pies semejantes al latón fino, dice estas cosas: ‘Yo conozco tus obras, y caridad, y servicio, y fe, y tu paciencia, y que tus obras postreras son más que las primeras. Pero tengo unas pocas cosas contra ti: porque permites a esa mujer Jezabel, que se dice profetisa, enseñar y seducir a mis siervos a fornicar y a comer cosas sacrificadas a los ídolos. Y le he dado tiempo para que se arrepienta de su fornicación; y no se ha arrepentido. He aquí, yo la arrojaré en cama, y a los que adulteran con ella, en muy grande tribulación, si no se arrepienten de sus obras. Y heriré a sus hijos con muerte; y todas las Asambleas sabrán que soy el que escudriño los riñones y los corazones; y daré a cada uno de ustedes según sus obras. Pero a ustedes digo, y a los demás en Tiatira, a cuantos no tienen esta doctrina, y no han conocido lo que llaman las profundidades de Satanás. No pondré sobre ustedes otra carga. Pero lo que tenéis, retenedlo hasta que yo venga. Y al que venciere y guardare mis obras hasta el fin, yo le daré potestad sobre las naciones; y él las regirá con vara de hierro, y serán quebradas como vaso de alfarero; como también yo he recibido de mi Padre; y le daré la estrella de la mañana. El que tiene oído, oiga lo que el Espíritu dice a las Asambleas’’”.

2) Iglesias liberales: Esto incluye todas las denominaciones protestantes: metodistas, luteranos, presbiterianos y anglicanos; and this includes all churches of these names in every continent. Estas denominaciones nunca han considerado la Santa Biblia como su autoridad final para todos los asuntos de fe y práctica en su conjunto. Sí, ha habido teólogos individuales e incluso algunas iglesias que afirman ser conservadoras; Pero incluso estas iglesias son muy débiles teológicamente, porque aceptan el bautismo infantil, el sacerdocio y otras doctrinas corruptas del catolicismo romano.

Hay algunos grupos disidentes conocidos como “Metodistas Fundamentalistas” y “Presbiterianos Fundamentalistas”, pero son muy pocos. Me alegro de que existan, pero ellos necesitan regresar todo el camino a la Biblia y dejen atrás el protestantismo, porque la teología reformada tiene muchos defectos fatales. Amén. Esta categoría de iglesias es descrita por el Señor Jesús en la Revelación 3:1-6:

“Y escribe al mensajero de la Asamblea en Sardis: ‘El que tiene los siete Espíritus de Dios, y las siete estrellas, dice estas cosas: ‘Yo conozco tus obras, que tienes nombre de que vives, y estás muerto. Sé vigilante, y afirma las otras cosas que están para morir: porque no he hallado tus obras perfectas delante de Dios. Acuérdate, pues, de lo que has recibido y oído, y guárdalo, y arrepiéntete. Pues si no velares, vendré sobre ti como ladrón, y no sabrás a qué hora vendré sobre ti. Tienes algunos nombres incluso en Sardis que no han contaminado sus vestiduras; y andarán conmigo en vestiduras blancas: porque son dignas. El que venciere será vestido de vestiduras blancas; y no borraré su nombre del Libro de la Vida, y confesaré su nombre delante de mi Padre, y delante de sus ángeles. El que tiene oído, oiga lo que el Espíritu dice a las Asambleas’’”.

3) Evangélicos y carismáticos: Esta es una categoría amplia de iglesias que afirman creer la Biblia, pero la verdad es que ellos solo dan labio a la Biblia. La mayoría de las iglesias en esta categoría permitirán casi cualquier forma de música, incluido rock, rap o metal pesado. Algunos nombres incluyen Franklin Graham, Rick Warren, Paul Crouch, TD Jakes, Joel Osteen, Joyce Meyer, Bill Hybels, Ted Haggard, Richard Land, John Hagee, Kenneth Copeland, Robert Tilton y muchos otros. Estas personas a menudo contradicen la Biblia en enseñanzas como el bautismo, las mujeres pastoras, hablar en lenguas, la sanidad y los milagros, cómo ser salvado, cómo ser lleno del Espíritu y muchos más.

Esta categoría de iglesias es descrita por el Señor Jesús en la Revelación 3:14-19:

“Y escribe al mensajero de la Asamblea de los Laodicenses: ‘Estas cosas dice el Amén, el testigo Fiel y Verdadero, el Principio de la creación de Dios: ‘Yo conozco tus obras, que ni eres frío, ni caliente. Quisiera que fueses frío o caliente. Pero porque eres tibio, y no frío ni caliente, te vomitaré de mi boca. Porque tú dices, ‘Soy rico, y estoy enriquecido, y no tengo necesidad de nada’, y no conoces que tú eres un desventurado, y miserable, y pobre, y ciego, y desnudo; por lo tanto te aconsejo que me compres oro refinado en fuego, para que seas rico, y vestiduras blancas para que te vistas, y no se descubra la vergüenza de tu desnudez; y unge tus ojos con colirio, para que veas. Tantos como amo, yo reprendo y disciplino; por tanto, sé celoso, y arrepiéntete’”.

4) Bautistas fundamentalistas: Esta es una categoría amplia de iglesias que creen la Biblia y profesan que es su autoridad final para todos los asuntos de fe y práctica. Esta categoría es descrita por el Señor Jesús en la Revelación 3:7-13 como “la iglesia de Filadelfia”:

“Y escribe al mensajero de la Asamblea en Filadelfia: ‘El Santo, el Verdadero, el que tiene la llave de David, el que abre y ninguno cierra, y cierra y ninguno abre, dice estas cosas: ‘Yo conozco tus obras. He aquí, he dado una puerta abierta delante de ti, la cual ninguno puede cerrar: porque aún tienes un poco de fuerza, y has guardado mi Palabra, y no has negado mi Nombre. He aquí, los haré de la sinagoga de Satanás que dicen ser judíos y no lo son, pero mienten: he aquí, yo haré que vengan y adoren delante de tus pies, y que reconozcan que yo te he amado. Por cuanto has guardado la Palabra de mi paciencia, yo también te guardaré de la hora de la prueba que ha de venir sobre todo el mundo, para probar a los que moran sobre la tierra. He aquí, yo vengo pronto; retén lo que tienes, para que ninguno tome tu corona. Al que venciere, yo lo haré columna en el templo de mi Dios, y nunca más saldrá de allí; y escribiré sobre él el Nombre de mi Dios, y el nombre de la ciudad de mi Dios, la nueva Jerusalén, la cual desciende del Cielo, de mi Dios, y mi Nombre nuevo. El que tiene oído, oiga lo que el Espíritu dice a las Asambleas’’”.

¡Esta categoría de iglesias no se avergüenza de la palabra “iglesia” o “bautista” o “fundamental”! Normalmente, pero no siempre, utilizarán la versión Rey Jacobo la Biblia en inglés como la Biblia de su iglesia.

La evangelización es el centro de todo lo que hace la iglesia bautista fundamentalista:

1) Semanalmente puerta a puerta personal alma ganando y repartiendo folletos evangelísticos

2) Reuniones evangelísticas con un evangelista de tiempo completo y alcance agresivo a la comunidad con el Evangelio

3) En cada servicio de la iglesia se dan invitaciones para recibir a Jesucristo como Salvador

4) Un ministerio de autobuses para llevar a los niños a la iglesia los domingos

5) La iglesia promueve el apoyo financiero para los misioneros bautistas fundamentales, tal como “Promesa de fe”

Ministerios adicionales (dependiendo del tamaño de la iglesia) podrían incluir:

1) Un instituto bíblico o colegio para capacitar a hombres y mujeres para servir al Señor a tiempo completo.

2) Ministerios especiales para reclusos

3) Servicios especiales para residencias de ancianos

4) Ministerio especial para “lentos educables”

5) Ministerio especial para las personas sin hogar.

6) Ministerio especial para huérfanos

7) Ministerio especial para sordos

¿Entiendes? ¡La obra de una iglesia que cree en la Biblia es enviar el Evangelio a toda criatura! (Marcos 16:15)

Las iglesias liberales se han convertido en guaridas apóstatas de iniquidad donde el consumo de alcohol y los juegos de azar son habituales: ¡Clubes sociales donde el Evangelio de Jesucristo no es bienvenido!

Las iglesias “evangélicas” y carismáticas también se han convertido en clubes sociales; rara vez invitan a los pecadores a ser salvados; ¡están más interesadas en entretenerse! ¡Hablar en lenguas, sanidades, milagros, música rock con fuegos artificiales y la adoración de personalidades (1 Corintios 1:12) han reemplazado la predicación del evangelio a los pecadores!

Si quieres ser parte de la Gran Comisión de Jesucristo para alcanzar a todo el mundo con el Evangelio, ¡debes unirte a una iglesia que sea Fundamentalista, Bautista y que no se avergüence de la versión King James! O, en las iglesias de habla hispana, una traducción al español muy fuerte y conservadora de la Biblia.

No apoyo la postura de “Sólo la versión King James”; sin embargo, mis versiones de la Biblia con el diseño de la proporción áurea no se pueden imprimir en papel y vender en tiendas o regalar. No tengo los recursos para eso y el arreglo necesita más trabajo todavía. Por eso, la versión King James o versiones similares de la Biblia en otros idiomas son la única opción para una Biblia que puedas traer a la iglesia.

Creo que todo cristiano nacido de nuevo debería usar mis versiones de la Biblia para estudiar en casa en su computadora o teléfono. Estas versiones son las únicas versiones de la Biblia existentes que tienen el diseño de la proporción áurea, por lo que brindan una ayuda y una comprensión invaluables de la Palabra de Dios que no puedes conseguir en la versión King James o cualquier otra Biblia impresa. Como Ser Salvado

¿Exactamente cómo y cuándo naciste de nuevo?

He aprendido por experiencia que aquellos que se niegan a responder lo hacen porque nunca han nacido de nuevo; no tienen idea de lo que significa, y por eso no pueden responder.

Si ese es tu caso, entonces tu destino eterno en este momento es el Infierno; y más tarde, el Lago de Fuego.

Afortunadamente, podemos cambiar nuestro destino eterno del Infierno al Cielo, si nos arrepentimos de nuestros pecados y recibimos a Jesucristo como nuestro Salvador personal.

Primero, debemos creer que Jesús es el Hijo de Dios; que fue crucificado por nuestros pecados, que fue sepultado y que resucitó de entre los muertos al tercer día.

Romanos 10:8-11: “Pero ¿qué dice? “La Palabra está cerca de ti, incluso en tu boca y en tu corazón”, es decir, la Palabra de fe (que predicamos), que si confesarás con tu boca al Señor Jesús, y creerás en tu corazón que Dios le levantó de los muertos, tú serás salvado: porque con el corazón, el hombre cree para justicia, y con la boca, la confesión se hace para la salvación: porque la Escritura dice, “cualquiera que en él creyere, no será avergonzado”.

Entonces, debemos arrepentirnos de nuestros pecados e invocar el Nombre del Señor Jesús para salvarnos.

Romanos 10:12-13: “Porque no hay diferencia entre el judio y el gentil: porque el mismo Señor sobre todo es rico a todos los que le invocan: porque está escrito, “Cualquiera que llamará sobre el Nombre del Señor será salvado”.

Juan 1:12: “Pero cuantos le recibieron, él les dio autoridad para convertirse los niños de Dios: incluso a aquellos quien creen sobre su Nombre”.

Cuando hacemos eso, entonces nacemos de nuevo instantáneamente en el Reino de Dios.

Estas listo para hacer eso? Si es así, entonces busca un lugar para orar en privado y haz esta oración con todo tu corazón al Señor Jesucristo:

“Señor Jesús, sé que he pecado contra USTED. ¡No soy bueno y usted eres justo! Creo que moriste en la cruz por mis pecados, fuiste enterrado y resucitaste de entre los muertos al tercer día. Quiero que vengas a mi vida y seas mi Señor y Salvador. Por favor entra en mi corazón ahora mismo. Perdóname por todos mis pecados y salva mi alma. En el poderoso Nombre de Jesús, oro, ¡Amén!”
