Study #1: Introduction to the Golden Ratio design of the Bible
Is there a clear design that is built into the text and books of the Holy Scriptures (aka the Traditional Canon of the Holy Scriptures [not including the pseudepigrapha and the apocrypha) that shows without any doubt that the words of the Scriptures were given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit of God? In other words, can we find "God's fingerprints" on the Bible anywhere, so that we can know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Bible is truly from the one true God?
The answer is absolutely yes! And the key to this answer is the Golden Ratio design of the Bible.
But, in order to run, we must first learn to walk; and to walk, we must first learn to crawl. In my Bible studies in both Spanish and English, we have studied the Golden Ratio design of the Bible all the way from Joshua & Judges to the end of the Letter of Romans. That is the "running" part. This study will teach you how to "crawl", so that you can follow the more detailed studies of the Bible, and understand what is going on. Otherwise, it will not make sense to you.
What is the Golden Ratio?
1) It is a ratio between two integer numbers (non-decimal), expressed as a decimal number: 1.618033988749895.....(the numbers to the right of the decimal continue into infinity). This is known as an irrational number. Other well-known irrational numbers in Mathematics include Pi (3.14159265359....), and "e" (2.7182818284590452....), and the square root of 2. There are many other irrational numbers as well.
2) Where is it found? The Greek mathematicians about 600 B.C. studied the Golden Ratio principle extensively and the Greeks used it in their buildings. Read more about the history of "Phi" here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_ratio.
I will not repeat all of the material that is available on many dozens of websites that talk extensively about the Golden Ratio. The purpose of this study is to explain how the Golden Ratio is related to the true structure or arrangement of the Traditional Cannon of the Scriptures: the Holy Bible.
How can the Golden Ratio be derived mathematically?
So let's start with a simple explanation of how we can find the Golden Ratio. In this example, we are using the Fibonacci Sequence of numbers. This is only one of the many ways that the Golden Ratio can be derived in mathematics. But, because it is directly related to the true arrangement of the Bible, it is very important, so we need to examine it briefly.
The Fibonacci Sequence (FS for short) is a sequence of integers (positive whole numbers), starting from 0. You get the next number in the sequence by adding the result of the addition to the last number (the second addend) that was added.
For example:
0 + 1 = 1
1 + 1 = 2
1 + 2 = 3
2 + 3 = 5
3 + 5 = 8
5 + 8 = 13
8 + 13 = 21
13 + 21 = 34
(and so on into infinity)
Do you see how the numbers of the Sequence are derived? So the Fibonacci Sequence (the results of the additions) is 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, (and onward into infinity). I didn’t include zero, since it (being the definition of nothing/emptiness) can have no significance to the Bible.
Now, if you divide the second number in this sequence by the previous number (e.g. 8/5), you will get a number that begins with 1.618....; in other words, the Golden Ratio can be derived from this sequence.
For example:
2/1 = 2
3/2 = 1.5
5/3 = 1.6666666666666666666666666666667
8/5 = 1.6
13/8 = 1.625
21/13 = 1.6153846153846153846153846153846
34/21 = 1.6190476190476190476190476190476
55/34 = 1.6176470588235294117647058823529
89/55 = 1.6181818181818181818181818181818
144/89 = 1.6179775280898876404494382022472
233/144 = 1.6180555555555555555555555555556
Now if you continue this division with each pair of numbers from the Fibonacci Sequence, eventually you will end up with 1.618 and the digits to the right of the decimal grow more and more precise so that the only digits that change with each calculation are further and further to the right, and the number never comes to a “conclusion”, which is why it is called an irrational number.
And if you put these numbers on a graph of "Golden Ratio vs. Index, you will see a sine wave that starts high on the left (see the graph below), whose amplitude going to the right bounces up and down a couple of times, but it gradually settles in on the number 1.618... The digits to the right of the decimal point stop changing one at a time; however, the Golden Ratio is an "irrational number", which means that the number of digits to the right never end into infinity. You could continue doing the math as shown in the table below literally forever, and the Golden Ratio result would get closer and closer in precision, but never stop doing so.
An irrational number, therefore, is like God, who is infinite in power, wisdom, might, and in every other attribute of Deity. And for some reason that we cannot know in this life, God has chosen the Golden Ratio for his glory! I will prove that statement in the following studies, and in every other Book in the Bible! Amen.
The Fibonacci Sequence and the Bible Format
What is important for this discussion are the first five numbers in the Fibonacci Sequence, which are the positive integers 1, 2, 3, 5, and 8. I discovered that the characteristics of these numbers in their relationship to each other are also found in the Bible, and in nature.
These are the only numbers in the Fibonacci Sequence that relates to the Bible, for reasons which I will explain further on.
Let’s look at each of the five numbers (1, 2, 3, 5, and 8) for a few moments. Each of these numbers has a particular meaning, based on the number itself and on how it was derived from the Fibonacci Sequence (FS):
0 + 1 = 1
The number 1 stands alone, because it is the addition of zero (or nothing) plus 1, so the characteristic of this number is that it is UNIQUE; it stands alone, both literally and figuratively among the integers and in the FS. There is no other number like 1.
Now the next two numbers in the FS are 2 and 3. Here is how these numbers are derived using only the FS.
1 + 1 = 2
1 + 2 = 3
The first addend for both numbers is 1. The number 2 is the addition of 1 + 1, and the number 3 is the addition of 1 + 2, so the characteristic of these two numbers is that they COMPLEMENT each other; they are closely related, and so they are “COMPLEMENTS.” You can think of this term as meaning 2 sides of the same coin.
Now the next 2 numbers in the FS are 5 and 8. Here is how these numbers are derived using only 2 digits of the FS.
2 + 3 = 5
3 + 5 = 8
The number 5 is the addition of 2 + 3, but the number 8 is the addition of 3 + 5. So the number 3 is the second addend for 5, but it is the first addend for 8, so the characteristic of these two numbers in the FS is that they are OPPOSITES, because they OPPOSE each other.
So the pattern from these first five numbers of the Fibonacci Sequence is "UCC-OO": 1 Unique, 2 Complements, and 2 Opposites, which is a pattern derived from a number sequence that the Golden Ratio can be derived from; therefore, "UCC-OO" is a Golden Ratio pattern or DESIGN.
The point of all of this is that I found this very same DESIGN of UCC-OO embedded on every page of the Bible, on eight (5+3) vertical levels, and eight (5+3) horizontal divisions. Here is the high-level view of the Bible arranged according to the Golden Ratio design:

As you can see from this outline, there are a lot of things in the Golden Ratio design of the Bible that need to be studied and explained!
The same Golden Ratio design is also found on the pages of every Book in the Bible, from Genesis to the Psalms. This is absolute proof that the one true God is the true Author of the Holy Bible, and it is also proof that everything that the Bible says is the absolute truth, and WILL come to pass, or already has, including the Creation of the Universe, the Fall of man into sin, the Virgin Birth of Christ, his sinless Life, his saving death, his bodily resurrection in power and glory, and his soon return to judge the Earth:
"when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from Heaven with his mighty angels; in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ." (2 Thessalonians 1:7-8).
That means, my friend, that YOU must be ready to meet the Lord when He returns, or else! Heaven and Hell are both very real. Are you ready to meet the Lord when you die? Get ready to meet Jesus Christ right now, before it is eternally too late. Now is the day of salvation!
There is NO OTHER NAME under Heaven that can save you and forgive you of your sins: Peter said, "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other Name under Heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” Acts 4:12
Jesus said, "Come unto me, all you that labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me: for I am meek and lowly in heart. And you shall find rest to your souls: for my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30
"For there is no difference between the Jew and the Gentile: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him: for it is written, “whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:12-13
Here is a prayer that you can use to repent and trust in Christ right now. May the Holy Spirit of God help you to do it right now:
“Lord Jesus, I know that I have sinned against YOU. I am no good, and you are righteous! I believe that you died on the cross for my sins, were buried, and rose again from the dead on the third day. I want you to come into my life and be my Lord and Savior. Please come into my heart right now. Forgive me for all my sins, and save my soul. In the mighty Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen!”
If you have turned from your sins and accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and only Savior from sin, please message me through Facebook and let me know that you have done that, so that I can pray for you and rejoice with you in what God has done in your life. Amen.
