^3:7“Y escribe al mensajero de la Asamblea en Filadelfia: ‘El Santo, el Verdadero, el que tiene la llave de David, el que abre y ninguno cierra, y cierra y ninguno abre, dice estas cosas: ^3:8‘Yo conozco tus obras. He aquí, he dado una puerta abierta delante de ti, la cual ninguno puede cerrar: porque aún tienes un poco de fuerza, y has guardado mi Palabra, y no has negado mi Nombre.

^3:9“‘‘He aquí, los haré de la sinagoga de Satanás que dicen ser judíos y no lo son, pero mienten: he aquí, yo haré que vengan y adoren delante de tus pies, y que reconozcan que yo te he amado. ^3:10Por cuanto has guardado la Palabra de mi paciencia, yo también te guardaré de la hora de la prueba que ha de venir sobre todo el mundo, para probar a los que moran sobre la tierra.

^3:11“‘‘He aquí, yo vengo pronto; retén lo que tienes, para que ninguno tome tu corona. ^3:12Al que venciere, yo lo haré columna en el templo de mi Dios, y nunca más saldrá de allí; y escribiré sobre él el Nombre de mi Dios, y el nombre de la ciudad de mi Dios, la nueva Jerusalén, la cual desciende del Cielo, de mi Dios, y mi Nombre nuevo. ^3:13El que tiene oído, oiga lo que el Espíritu dice a las Asambleas’’”.

§El complemento   Conclusión: Cristo llama para arrepentimiento y la confianza en él durante los últimos días antes de la Gran Tribulación (3:14 - 22)

¶El complemento   Cristo llama mundana y vacío moderno-día neo-evangelicalismo para arrepentirse y tener razón con él (3:14 - 19)

^3:14“Y escribe al mensajero de la Asamblea de los Laodicenses: ‘Estas cosas dice el Amén, el testigo Fiel y Verdadero, el Principio de la creación de Dios: ^3:15‘Yo conozco tus obras, que ni eres frío, ni caliente.

“‘‘Quisiera que fueses frío o caliente. ^3:16Pero porque eres tibio, y no frío ni caliente, te vomitaré de mi boca’’”.

^3:17“‘‘Porque tú dices, ‘Soy rico, y estoy enriquecido, y no tengo necesidad de nada’, y no conoces que tú eres un desventurado, y miserable, y pobre, y ciego, y desnudo;

^3:18“‘‘por lo tanto te aconsejo que me compres oro refinado en fuego, para que seas rico, y vestiduras blancas para que te vistas, y no se descubra la vergüenza de tu desnudez; y unge tus ojos con colirio, para que veas.

^3:19“‘‘Tantos como amo, yo reprendo y disciplino; por tanto, sé celoso, y arrepiéntete’’”.

¶El complemento   Cristo llama a todos a abrir la puerta de sus corazónes y le permita entrar, que ellos podrían reinar con él en gloria (3:20 - 22)

^3:20“He aquí, yo de pie a la puerta y llamo.

“Si alguno oye mi voz y abre la puerta, entraré en a él, y cenaré con él, y él conmigo”.

^3:21“Al que venciere, yo le daré que se siente conmigo en mi trono;

“así como también yo he vencido, y me he sentado con mi Padre en su trono.

^3:22“El que tiene oído, oiga lo que el Espíritu dice a las Asambleas”.
