^29:7Then you shall take the anointing oil, and pour it upon his head, and anoint him.

^29:8And you shall bring his sons, and put coats upon them; ^29:9and you shall gird them with belts, Aaron and his sons, and put the linen caps on them.

And the office of the High Priest shall be theirs by a perpetual Statute.

And you shall consecrate Aaron and his sons.

^29:10And you shall cause a young bull to be brought before the Tabernacle of the congregation; and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands upon the head of the bull. ^29:11And you shall kill the bull before Jehovah, by the door of the Tabernacle of the congregation. ^29:12And you shall take of the blood of the bull, and put it upon the horns of the altar with your finger, and pour all the blood beside the bottom of the altar. ^29:13And you shall take all the fat that covers the innards, and the caul that is above the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and burn them upon the altar. ^29:14But you shall burn the flesh of the bull, and his skin, and his dung, with fire outside the camp; it is a sin offering.

^29:15You shall also take one ram, and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands upon the head of the ram. ^29:16And you shall slay the ram, and you shall take his blood, and sprinkle it round about upon the altar. ^29:17And you shall cut the ram in pieces, and wash his innards and his legs, and put them with his pieces, and with his head. ^29:18And you shall burn the whole ram upon the altar: it is a burnt offering to Jehovah; it is a sweet aroma, an offering made by fire to Jehovah.

^29:19And you shall take the other ram, and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands upon the head of the ram. ^29:20Then you shall kill the ram, and take of his blood, and put it upon the tip of the right ear of Aaron, and upon the tip of the right ear of his sons, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the large toe of their right foot, and sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about. ^29:21And you shall take of the blood that is upon the altar, and of the anointing oil, and sprinkle it upon Aaron, and upon his garments, and upon his sons, and upon the garments of his sons with him; and he shall be hallowed, and his garments, and his sons, and his sons’ garments with him. ^29:22Also you shall take the fat and the rump of the ram, and the fat that covers the innards, and the caul above the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and the right shoulder (for it is a ram of consecration), ^29:23and one loaf of bread, and one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer out of the basket of the unleavened bread that is before Jehovah; ^29:24and you shall put all in the hands of Aaron, and in the hands of his sons, and shall wave them for a wave offering before Jehovah. ^29:25And you shall receive them of their hands, and burn them upon the altar for a burnt offering, for a sweet aroma before Jehovah: it is an offering made by fire to Jehovah. ^29:26And you shall take the breast of the ram of Aaron’s consecration, and wave it for a wave offering before Jehovah; and it shall be your part. ^29:27And you shall sanctify the breast of the wave offering, and the shoulder of the heave offering, which was waved, and which was heaved up, of the ram of the consecration, even of that which is for Aaron, and of that which is for his sons; ^29:28and it shall be Aaron’s and his sons’ by a Statute forever from the children of Israel: for it is a heave offering; and it shall be a heave offering from the children of Israel of the sacrifice of their peace offerings, even their heave offering to Jehovah. ^29:29And the holy garments of Aaron shall be his sons’ after him, to be anointed in them, and to be consecrated in them. ^29:30And that son that is priest in his place shall put them on seven days, when he comes into the Tabernacle of the congregation to minister in the holy place.

^29:31And you shall take the ram of the consecration, and boil his flesh in the holy place. ^29:32And Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram, and the bread that is in the basket, by the door of the Tabernacle of the congregation. ^29:33And they shall eat those things with which the atonement was made, to consecrate and to sanctify them; but a stranger shall not eat of it, because they are holy. ^29:34And if any of the flesh of the consecrations, or of the bread, remains until the morning, then you shall burn the remainder with fire: it shall not be eaten, because it is holy.

And you shall cleanse the altar, when you have made an atonement for it, and you shall anoint it, to sanctify it. ^29:37Seven days you shall make an atonement for the altar, and sanctify it; and it shall be an altar most holy; whatsoever touches the altar shall be holy.

^29:38Now this is what you shall offer upon the altar: two lambs of the first year day by day continually: ^29:39one lamb you shall offer in the morning, and the other lamb you shall offer at evening; ^29:40and with the first lamb a tenth deal of flour mingled with the fourth part of a hin of beaten oil, and the fourth part of a hin of wine for a drink offering.

^29:41And the other lamb you shall offer at evening, and shall do to it according to the meal offering of the morning, and according to its drink offering, for a sweet aroma, an offering made by fire to Jehovah.

^29:42This shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the door of the Tabernacle of the congregation before Jehovah, where I will meet you, to speak to you there. ^29:43And I will meet there with the children of Israel, and the Tabernacle shall be sanctified by my glory. ^29:44And I will sanctify the Tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar; I will also sanctify both Aaron and his sons, to minister to me in the priest’s office.

^29:45And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God. ^29:46And they shall know that I am Jehovah their God, that brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, that I may dwell among them; I am Jehovah their God.

^30:1And you shall make an altar to burn incense upon; you shall make it of acacia wood. ^30:2One cubit shall be its length, and one cubit its breadth (it shall be foursquare); and two cubits shall be its height; its horns shall be of the same. ^30:3And you shall overlay it with pure gold, its top, and its sides round about, and its horns; and you shall make to it a crown of gold round about.

^30:4And you shall make two golden rings to it under its crown, by its two corners; you shall make it upon its two sides, and they shall be for places for the poles to carry it with. ^30:5And you shall make the poles of acacia wood, and overlay them with gold.

^30:6And you shall put it before the veil that is by the Ark of the Testimony, before the mercy seat that is over the Testimony, where I will meet with you. ^30:7And Aaron shall burn sweet incense on it every morning; when he trims the lamps, he shall burn incense upon it. ^30:8And when Aaron lights the lamps at evening, he shall burn incense upon it, a perpetual incense before Jehovah throughout your generations.

^30:9You shall offer no strange incense on it, nor burnt sacrifice, nor meal offering; neither shall you pour a drink offering on it.

^30:10And Aaron shall make an atonement upon its horns once in a year with the blood of the sin offering of atonements. Once in the year he shall make atonement upon it throughout your generations; it is most holy to Jehovah.”

^30:11And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, ^30:12“When you take the sum of the children of Israel after their number, then they shall give every man a ransom for his soul to Jehovah, when you number them, so that there is no plague among them, when you number them.

^30:13This is what they shall give (every one that passes among them that are numbered): half a shekel after the shekel of the Sanctuary (a shekel is twenty gerahs); a half shekel shall be the offering of Jehovah.

^30:14Everyone that passes among them that are numbered, from twenty years old and above, shall give an offering to Jehovah.

^30:15The rich shall not give more, and the poor shall not give less than half a shekel, when they give an offering to Jehovah, to make an atonement for your souls.

^30:16And you shall take the atonement money of the children of Israel, and shall appoint it for the service of the Tabernacle of the congregation, that it may be a memorial to the children of Israel before Jehovah, to make an atonement for your souls.”

^30:17And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, ^30:18“You shall also make a laver of bronze (and his foot also of bronze) to wash with.

And you shall put it between the Tabernacle of the congregation and the altar.

And you shall put water in it: ^30:19for Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet in it, ^30:20when they go into the Tabernacle of the congregation.

They shall wash with water, that they do not die; or whenever they come near to the altar to minister, to burn offerings made by fire to Jehovah. ^30:21So shall they wash their hands and their feet, that they do not die.

And it shall be a Statute forever to them, even to him and to his seed throughout their generations.”

^30:22Moreover Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, ^30:23“Take also to you principal spices: five hundred shekels of pure myrrh, and of sweet cinnamon half as much (two hundred and fifty shekels), and two hundred and fifty shekels of sweet calamus, ^30:24and five hundred shekels of cassia, after the shekel of the Sanctuary, and a hin of olive oil. ^30:25And you shall make it an oil of holy ointment, an ointment compound after the art of the perfumer; it shall be a holy anointing oil. ^30:26And you shall anoint the Tabernacle of the congregation with it, and the Ark of the Testimony, ^30:27and the table and all his vessels, and the candlestick and his vessels, and the altar of incense, ^30:28and the altar of burnt offering with all his vessels, and the laver and his foot. ^30:29And you shall sanctify them, that they may be most holy; whatsoever touches them shall be holy. ^30:30And you shall anoint Aaron and his sons, and consecrate them, that they may minister to me in the priest’s office.

^30:31And you shall speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘This shall be a holy anointing oil to me throughout your generations. ^30:32It shall not be poured upon man’s flesh; neither shall you make any other like it, after its composition. It is holy; and it shall be holy to you. ^30:33Whosoever mixes anything like it, or whosoever puts any of it upon a stranger, shall even be cut off from his people.’”

^30:34And Jehovah said to Moses, “Take to you sweet spices: stacte, onycha, and galbanum; these sweet spices with pure frankincense. There shall be an equal weight of each.

^30:35And you shall make it a perfume, an ointment after the art of the perfumer, smoothed together, pure and holy. ^30:36And you shall beat some of it very small, and put some of it before the Testimony in the Tabernacle of the congregation, where I will meet with you; it shall be most holy to you.

^30:37And as for the perfume which you shall make, you shall not make any for yourselves according to its composition; it shall be holy for Jehovah unto you. ^30:38Whosoever shall make any perfume like that, to smell like it, shall even be cut off from his people.”

^31:6And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan.

And in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded you: ^31:7the Tabernacle of the congregation; and the Ark of the Testimony, and the mercy seat that is upon it; and all the furniture of the Tabernacle, ^31:8and the table and his furniture, and the pure candlestick with all his furniture, and the altar of incense; ^31:9and the altar of burnt offering with all his furniture, and the laver and his foot, ^31:10and the cloths of service, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest’s office, ^31:11and the anointing oil, and sweet incense for the holy place.

According to all that I have commanded you they shall do.”

^31:12And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, ^31:13“Speak also to the children of Israel, saying, ‘Truly you shall keep my Sabbaths: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am Jehovah that sanctifies you.

^31:14Therefore you shall keep the Sabbath: for it is holy to you; every one that defiles it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever does any work in it, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. ^31:15Six days may work be done, but in the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to Jehovah. Whosoever does any work in the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.

^31:16Therefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual Covenant.

^31:17It is a sign between me and the children of Israel forever: for in six days Jehovah made Heaven and earth; and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.’”

^31:18And he gave to Moses, when he finished communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tablets of Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God.

^30:1Harás asimismo un altar para quemar el incienso; de madera de acacia lo harás. ^30:2Su longitud será de un codo, y su anchura de un codo; será cuadrado; y su altura de dos codos; y sus cuernos serán de lo mismo. ^30:3Y lo cubrirás de oro puro, su techado, y sus paredes en derredor, y sus cuernos; y le harás en derredor una cornisa de oro.

^30:4Le harás también dos anillos de oro debajo de su cornisa, a sus dos esquinas en ambos lados suyos, para meter las varas con que será llevado. ^30:5Y harás las varas de madera de acacia, y las cubrirás de oro.

^30:6Y lo pondrás delante del velo que está junto al Arca del Testimonio, delante del propiciatorio que está sobre el Testimonio, donde yo me encontraré contigo. ^30:7Y Aarón quemará incienso aromático sobre él; cada mañana cuando aderezare las lámparas lo quemará. ^30:8Y cuando Aarón encienda las lámparas al anochecer, quemará el incienso sobre él; incienso perpetuo delante de Jehová por vuestras generaciones.

^30:9No ofreceréis sobre él incienso extraño, ni holocausto, ni presente; ni tampoco derramaréis sobre él libación.

^30:10Y sobre sus cuernos hará Aarón expiación una vez en el año con la sangre de la ofrenda por el pecado para expiación: una vez en el año hará expiación sobre él por vuestras generaciones; será muy santo a Jehová”.

¶El complemento   Dad un uno sola vez ofrenda de dinero como una expiación simbólica por tus almas (30:11 - 16)

^30:11Y Jehová habló a Moisés, diciendo, ^30:12“Cuando tomares el número de los hijos de Israel conforme a la cuenta de ellos, cada uno dará a Jehová el rescate de su alma, cuando los contares, para que no haya en ellos mortandad cuando los hayas contado.

^30:13Esto dará todo el que pasare entre los que serán contados, medio siclo conforme al siclo del Santuario. El siclo es de veinte geras; la mitad de un siclo será la ofrenda a Jehová.

^30:14Cualquiera que pasare entre los que serán contados, de veinte años arriba, dará la ofrenda a Jehová.

^30:15Ni el rico aumentará, ni el pobre disminuirá de medio siclo, cuando dieren la ofrenda a Jehová para hacer expiación por vuestras almas.

^30:16Y tomarás de los hijos de Israel el dinero de las expiaciones, y lo darás para la obra del Tabernáculo de la congregación: y será por memoria a los hijos de Israel delante de Jehová, para expiar vuestras personas”.

¶El complemento   Haced un lavabo de bronce para que el sacerdote lo lave antes de entrar al Tabernáculo (30:17 - 21)

^30:17Habló más Jehová a Moisés, diciendo, ^30:18“Harás también una fuente de bronce, con su base de bronce, para lavar.

Y la pondrás entre el Tabernáculo de la congregación y el altar.

Y pondrás en ella agua: ^30:19y de ella se lavarán Aarón y sus hijos sus manos y sus pies ^30:20cuando entraren en el Tabernáculo de la congregación.

Se han de lavar con agua, para que no mueran; y cuando se acerquen al altar para ministrar, para quemar la ofrenda encendida para Jehová. ^30:21Se lavarán las manos y los pies, para que no mueran.

Y lo tendrán por Estatuto perpetuo él y su simiente por sus generaciones”.

¶U   Haced un perfume especial para que el sacerdote lo use en el Tabernáculo (30:22 - 38)

^30:22Habló más Jehová a Moisés, diciendo, ^30:23“Y tú has de tomar de las principales especias; de mirra excelente quinientos siclos, y de canela aromática la mitad, esto es, doscientos cincuenta, y de cálamo aromático doscientos cincuenta, ^30:24y de casia quinientos, al peso del Santuario, y de aceite de olivas un hin. ^30:25Y harás de ello el aceite de la santa unción, superior ungüento, según el arte del perfumista, el cual será el aceite de la unción santa. ^30:26Con él ungirás el Tabernáculo de la congregación, y el Arca del Testimonio, ^30:27y la mesa, y todos sus vasos, y el candelero, y todos sus vasos, y el altar del incienso, ^30:28y el altar del holocausto, todos sus vasos, y la fuente y su base. ^30:29Así los consagrarás, y serán cosas santísimas: todo lo que tocare en ellos, será santificado. ^30:30Ungirás también a Aarón y a sus hijos, y los consagrarás para que sean mis sacerdotes.

^30:31Y hablarás a los hijos de Israel, diciendo, ‘Éste será mi aceite de la santa unción por vuestras generaciones. ^30:32Sobre carne de hombre no será untado, ni haréis otro semejante, conforme a su composición: santo es; por santo habéis de tenerlo ustedes. ^30:33Cualquiera que preparare ungüento semejante, y que pusiere de él sobre un extranjero, será cortado de su pueblo’”.

^30:34Dijo además Jehová a Moisés, “Tómate especias aromáticas, estacte y uña aromática y gálbano aromático e incienso puro; de todo en igual peso.

^30:35Y harás de ello un perfume de confección según el arte del perfumista, bien mezclado, puro y santo. ^30:36Y molerás parte de él muy fino, y lo pondrás delante del Testimonio en el Tabernáculo de la congregación, donde yo me encontraré contigo. Os será cosa santísima.

^30:37Como el perfume que harás, no os haréis otro según su composición; te será cosa santa para Jehová. ^30:38Cualquiera que hiciere otro como éste para olerlo, será cortado de entre su pueblo”.

¶El complemento   Ciertos israelitas harán el Tabernáculo, sus muebles y las vestiduras sagradas para el sacerdote (31:1 - 11)

^31:1Y Jehová habló a Moisés, diciendo, ^31:2“Mira, yo he llamado por su nombre a Bezaleel, hijo de Uri, hijo de Hur, de la tribu de Judá.

^31:3Y lo he llenado del Espíritu de Dios, en sabiduría, y en inteligencia, y en ciencia, y en todo artificio, ^31:4para inventar diseños, para trabajar en oro, y en plata, y en bronce, ^31:5y en artificio de piedras para engastarlas, y en artificio de madera; para obrar en toda clase de labor.

^31:6Y he aquí que yo he puesto con él a Aholiab, hijo de Ahisamac, de la tribu de Dan.

Y he puesto sabiduría en el ánimo de todo sabio de corazón, para que hagan todo lo que yo te he mandado: ^31:7el Tabernáculo de la congregación, y el Arca del Testimonio, y el propiciatorio que está sobre ella, y todos los vasos del Tabernáculo; ^31:8y la mesa y sus vasos, y el candelero puro y todos sus vasos, y el altar del incienso; ^31:9y el altar del holocausto y todos sus vasos, y la fuente y su base; ^31:10y las vestiduras del servicio, y las santas vestiduras para Aarón el sacerdote, y las vestiduras de sus hijos, para que ejerzan el sacerdocio, ^31:11y el aceite de la unción, y el incienso aromático para el santuario.

Harán conforme a todo lo que te he mandado”.

¶El complemento   Los hijos de Israel guardarán el sábado para siempre (31:12 - 18)

^31:12Habló además Jehová a Moisés, diciendo, ^31:13“Habla tú a los hijos de Israel, diciendo, ‘Ciertamente ustedes guardaréis mis Sábados: porque es señal entre mí y ustedes por vuestras generaciones, para que sepáis que yo soy Jehová que os santifico.

^31:14Así que guardaréis el Sábado: porque santo es a ustedes; el que lo profanare, de cierto morirá: porque cualquiera que hiciere obra alguna en él, aquella alma será cortada de en medio de su pueblo. ^31:15Seis días se hará obra, pero el día séptimo es Sábado de reposo consagrado a Jehová; cualquiera que hiciere obra el día del Sábado, ciertamente morirá.

^31:16Guardarán, pues, el Sábado los hijos de Israel: celebrándolo por sus generaciones por Pacto perpetuo.

^31:17Señal es para siempre entre mí y los hijos de Israel: porque en seis días hizo Jehová el Cielo y la tierra, y en el séptimo día cesó, y reposó’”.

^31:18Y dio a Moisés, cuando acabó de hablar con él en el monte de Sinaí, dos tablas del Testimonio, tablas de piedra escritas con el dedo de Dios.
